A Yorkshire-based hospitality management group were launching a series of summer events at one of their properties. As this was a new arm to their events programme, they needed to ensure high reach and increased visits to the events landing page.
This required both creation of landing page copy, an audit of website internal linking schemes, keyword research, and and infleuncer marketing campaign targeting local influencers in the food, drink, and lifestyle niches.
After an initial research period reviewing the USPs of the event, the details, competitors, and necessary keyword approach, I created influencer briefs and identified a list of potential collaborators. I outreached these influencers and negotiated the terms of their stay and content creation. I communicated with key client contacts to organise details of the trips, coordinated with creators, and reviewed assets after creation. I also collected insights for reporting purposes and collated key feedback.
Following the event, four ot of the six influencers contracted to the campaign reached out to request to be included on potential trips, and key relationships were created which then went on to form the basis of collaborations for other clients in the same niche.
Additionally, the hotel saw visits to the events landing page increase and the engagement rate for the majority of posts shared across the campaign hitting well above benchmark rates, with one over 15%.
